We build custom homes throughout South Bend, Notre Dame, Northern Indiana, and Southwest Michigan, combining thoughtful design, careful craftsmanship, and personal attention throughout the building experience.

Founded in 2021 by Bryan Keve, a graduate of the University of Notre Dame School of Architecture, Traditions brings together a team with more than 50 years of combined experience. Our work has earned more than 30 industry awards, but the relationships we build with our homeowners and the pride they take in their finished homes are what make our work meaningful.

Our architectural background shapes the way we build. We consider how rooms connect, how natural light moves through a space, and how the smallest details can make everyday life more comfortable. Whether you already have an architect and plans or want our team to guide both design and construction, we work closely with you to create a home that feels distinctly yours.

We also believe you deserve to feel informed and supported. That starts with listening to your priorities and having clear conversations about your budget, timeline, and expectations. Our dedicated Client Experience Director provides a consistent point of contact, while your online project portal keeps photos, schedules, documents, and communication within easy reach. Every project includes access to our interior design partner to help you bring finishes, fixtures, and materials together with confidence.
