### Reviews

**★★★★★ — Sikhawat Hossen, May 2026**

> We're a family with three kids and I was dreading having a crew in the house for weeks. Tomer's team was surprisingly considerate — kept work contained to the kitchen area, didn't leave anything out that could be a hazard, and worked hours that didn't completely disrupt the kids' schedule. Kitchen looks great. More importantly the process didn't break us.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Hi Sikhawat, thank you for the 5 stars! I know how stressful a remodel can be when you have kids in the house. It's really important to me that we keep the workspace safe and contained, and work around your family's routine as much as possible. I'm so glad the kitchen turned out great

**★★★★★ — Abul Hossen, May 2026**

> The kitchen design process took longer than the actual build because I kept changing my mind. Tomer never made me feel rushed. When I finally landed on something, he had updated drawings back to me within two days. The build itself was five weeks. Everything aligned, everything was level, nothing creaked or shifted.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Thanks for the great review, Abul! Taking the time to perfect the design is what makes the actual build go so smoothly. I'm thrilled to hear that the five-week build resulted in a perfectly level and solid kitchen for you

**★★★★★ — Zachary Soto, May 2026**

> We went back and forth for months on whether to add an ADU or just do a room addition. Tomer came out twice — once for each option — and gave us honest numbers for both without pushing us toward the more expensive one. We went with the ADU. It's been rented for eight months and cash flows exactly as he projected.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Hi Zachary, I really appreciate the kind words! Helping you weigh the options between the ADU and the room addition was my pleasure. I'm so glad you're happy with the final build and that it's already a successful rental for you

**★★★★★ — Marc Kirch, May 2026**

> Just needed the front walkway redone. Old concrete was cracked and uneven. Arko came out, did the work in three days, cleaned everything up. Simple job done right.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Hi Marc, thanks for the 5 stars! I always say that even the simpler jobs deserve to be done perfectly. I'm glad my crew and I could get that old, cracked concrete replaced and cleaned up for you quickly

**★★★★★ — John Moore, May 2026**

> We had a detached structure in the back that needed full demolition before we could start the ADU build. Arko handled both. The demo was cleaner than I expected and the build itself took about four months. Tomer was reachable the entire time which sounds basic but apparently isn't.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Thanks for the great review, John! Going from a full demolition to a finished ADU in four months is a big project, We loved working on it with you. Thank you for trusting ARKO to handle the entire process from start to finish

**★★★★★ — Roger Palmer, May 2026**

> Hired Arko for a kitchen remodel after getting four quotes. Tomer was the only one who actually measured the space during the walkthrough instead of just eyeballing it. Six weeks start to finish, one delay because of a backordered light fixture, and the finished kitchen is exactly what we asked for.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Hi Roger, we really appreciate the fantastic review! Taking the time to get exact measurements rather than just eyeballing it is how we make sure we deliver exactly what you ask for. Thanks for trusting us

**★★★★★ — Anthony Thompson, May 2026**

> Our home remodeling project included flooring updates, lighting improvements, and redesigning two main rooms. Tomer helped structure the work so it didn’t feel overwhelming despite the number of changes. He kept communication clear and provided updates at each stage. The attention to detail showed in the final result, especially in how everything came together visually. The home feels refreshed but still familiar to us. Even after the project was completed, Tomer followed up to make sure we were satisfied and had no pending concerns.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Thanks so much, Anthony! Taking on flooring, lighting, and two room redesigns all at once is a big project, but we're glad we made the process smooth and stress-free for you. Clear communication is a top priority for us here at ARKO. Enjoy the new space

**★★★★★ — Mae Navarro, May 2026**

> We worked with Arko Remodeling on a full ADU build that included a compact kitchen and bathroom. Tomer guided us from the early planning stage and helped us make decisions that saved space without sacrificing comfort. He stayed involved during construction and quickly addressed any adjustments needed along the way. The team worked with good coordination, and the project progressed smoothly overall. The finished ADU feels well designed and comfortable for long-term use. Tomer later checked in to ensure everything remained functional after occupancy.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Hi Mae, thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are thrilled to hear the ADU is comfortable for long term use. I take a lot of pride in not just the build itself, but making sure everything works perfectly for you even after you've settled in. Enjoy the new space!

**★★★★★ — Marlene Kaplan, May 2026**

> We contacted Arko Remodeling for a kitchen upgrade combined with minor interior improvements. Tomer suggested a better workflow layout that improved how we move between cooking, cleaning, and storage areas. He didn’t push unnecessary changes and focused only on what would actually improve daily use. The work was done in stages, and he made sure everything stayed aligned with the original plan. The kitchen now feels more functional without losing its original character. Tomer also came back after completion to ensure everything remained in good condition.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Thank you so much, Marlene! We always strive to give honest advice that truly improves your daily life, rather than pushing unnecessary extras. I really enjoyed helping you upgrade your kitchen and keeping everything on track. Thanks for choosing ARKO!

**★★★★★ — Adam S., May 2026**

> Tomar and his team helped my wife and me completely overhaul our primary bathroom. Our home was built in 1955, and the bathroom was largely original, and after we purchased this home, we realized that the bathroom renovation was going to be a much needed focus of our overall home improvement as well as a large project.
>
> I'm very thorough when it comes to selecting a contractor and I am not joking when I said I vetted 10 different professionals who came in, gave me a quote and then left. Tomar came in early on into my 10 company quoting dance I did and he gave me a honest and great price point that I felt confident in. When vetting so many contractors, it is very easy to see who is just upselling to upsell, and who is honest and comes in with a price they stand behind. Tomar's price and his confidence in the project as well as his constant communication made it a no brainer for us when selecting our contractor.
>
> From day 1 to day 14, Tomar and his team were here early (7-8am) and stayed until large improvements and progress were made (typically 3-5:30pm), mon-sat. The project was a large effort that required many man hours and by the end, it felt like a completely new place. We had Moroccan Zellige tile, and limewash paint, which are not the "norm", but his guys were able to work with our design with no problems!
>
> We are very happy we found Tomar to help with our bathroom renovation and will 100% look to his team for some larger future projects across our house we are entertaining!

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Hi Adam, thank you for the wonderful review! We enjoyed overhauling your primary bathroom. Updating a 1955 original is no small task, but we are thrilled with how it turned out. Thanks for choosing ARKO

**★★★★★ — Annie Manglesh, April 2026**

> Hired Arko to gut and redo our master bathroom. The previous setup was builder-grade from the '90s — beige everything, a tub we never used, and a shower that barely fit one person.
>
> Tomer came out for the initial consult and spent more time asking questions than talking. He wanted to know how we actually use the space, how many people share it in the morning, whether we'd miss the tub or were willing to lose it for more floor space. That practical thinking shaped the whole design.
>
> The demo was noisy and messy, as expected. But the crew was respectful — tarps down, cleaned up at the end of each day, tools not scattered everywhere like I'd experienced with other contractors.
>
> The finished bathroom doesn't look like our house. I mean that in the best way. Large format tile, a walk-in shower with a frameless glass panel, a double vanity that fits the space perfectly. Tomer stopped by near the end not because there was a problem, but just to walk through it with us and confirm everything matched what we'd agreed on. That kind of follow-through is hard to find.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Thank you so much, Annie! Gutting a master bath is a big project, but ditching an unused tub to create a layout that actually works for you is always worth it. The ARKO team loved working on this transformation with you

**★★★★★ — Mumtahina Chawdurie, April 2026**

> Our hall bathroom had been a source of embarrassment every time we had guests. Dated fixtures, a vanity that was falling apart, and tiles that had seen better days about twenty years ago. We finally decided enough was enough.
>
> I found Arko through a Google search and read through a few reviews before reaching out. Tomer came by within a few days for a walkthrough. What I noticed right away was that he didn't just look at the surfaces — he checked under the sink, looked at the ceiling for any signs of old moisture, asked about the plumbing history. He was trying to understand the full picture before quoting anything.
>
> The project took twelve days from demo to final walkthrough. Tomer checked in midway through just to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing, which wasn't something we expected. The finished bathroom is clean, well-proportioned, and uses the space better than before. New vanity, subway tile done right, a proper exhaust fan that actually works.
>
> Three months later, everything still looks exactly as it did on day one. No grout cracking, no caulk peeling, no surprises. That might sound like a low bar, but anyone who's dealt with shoddy bathroom work knows it isn't.

**Comment from Arko remodeling:**

> Hi Mumtahina, thanks for trusting ARKO with your home! We are so glad we could finally replace those dated fixtures and give you a beautiful bathroom that you and your guests will love
