Every room looks amazing, and the renovations were completed on time and within the agreed budget. The crew kept the work area clean each day and showed true respect for our home throughout the process. > > Highly recommend this contractor for anyone planning a renovation! **★★★★★ — HU-9958397597, July 2025** > Miguel and his team did a fantastic job turning my basement half bath into a full bath and replacing my tub/shower in my main bathroom. Although the project took longer than originally anticipated the work was great. They also did a great job cleaning up and working in my home while I also had to work in and out of the house. Pricing was very fair for the work they did and they allowed me to upgrade materials/components needed without issue. **Comment from A&Z General Contractor LLC:** > Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re glad you’re happy with the results and truly appreciate your patience throughout the project. Delivering satisfaction and commitment every time! **★★★★★ — HU-432768187, Dec. 2024** > Miguel and his crew have remodeled my entire kitchen, finished off my basement and upstairs bathroom, and recently, they built me a heated/air conditioned sunroom and patio with fire pit. They are second to none, are reasonable with costs and I would never hire another contractor. The absolute best, professional and a friendly group of guys. Highly recommend! **★★★★★ — toneloc01, Dec. 2024** > Great resource for home improvements from small to big! Always willing to work with you and any changes that come up! Transparent on projects including the cost. Thanks again! Look forward to working with you in the future. **★★★★★ — Nicholas Hydock, Sept. 2023** > A&Z came and did what no one else would. I was looking for someone to finish a DIY remodeling project of converting a shed into a new home office. Where other companies in the area would either never get back to me or leave me hanging after and estimate, Miguel came out the day I put in a request, gave an estimate for the job, negotiated a price that worked for my budget, accepted a deposit, and a few days later his crew was already working on the space. Within a week I had the completed space I was dreaming of for over a year. > > They did the job exactly to my requests, installing the rest of the drywall, insulation, and flooring with materials I supplied, and they even finished the space up with nice baseboard, door, and window trim. I couldn't be happier to be able to start utilizing my newly remodeled shed for working from home. **★★★★★ — John Palys, Sept. 2023** > Miguel and his team are great to work with. They're reasonably priced, do quality work, and complete the projects in the time lines discussed. Highly recommended and will be working with they again! **★★★★★ — Latoyia, Aug. 2023** > The tiled shower in our main bathroom suite was leaking into the room below and causing damage. We were worried about our first major home repair and so had a lot of questions about the process. Miguel was able to put us at ease and explain the pros and cons of our options so we could make an informed decision and not feel pressured. He was very communicative from the very beginning through the end of the project. He and his team were friendly, courteous, and tidied up after themselves each day. In the end, our shower floor was fixed faster than we expected and I loved that they worked to make it beautiful. We already have plans to have Miguel and his team work on other home repairs we planned to do. Without hesitation we would recommend Miguel and his team to our family and friends. **★★★★★ — Mike Caron, June 2023** > Highly recommend. Miguel and team executed every detail we discussed for a reno on an investment property. Went above and beyond what we asked for and finished well ahead of schedule. Miguel is a man of his word and will be a trusted partner for years to come **★★★★★ — HU-189212925, May 2023** > Miguel and his crew built a second story deck and staircase at my house. Miguel was professional and communicative throughout the entire process from planning to putting on the finishing touches. We love our deck and look forward to using it for many years! **★★★★★ — Dennis Koenig, March 2023** > We hired Miguel and his team after a falling out with our original kitchen designer and contractor. Miguel came out the same day I called him and asked him for a quote. He delivered the quote (which we were very happy with) after only a few days. Miguel and his team were super professional. Always on time, they were nice to our kids and were very fast workers. They cleaned up the work area after every day's work. It was an extensive project, a total kitchen gut, that encountered its fair share of hurdles and setbacks. Miguel and his team handled everything, with a "no problem" attitude. Miguel had several good ideas for design improvements and finishing touches. We now have the kitchen of our dreams and we couldn't be happier, in every step of the process. > > Check this guy out if you need extensive work - he'll deliver the job with very high quality. **★★★★★ — HU-342507868, Jan. 2023** > Miguel is both knowledgeable and reliable. Has gone overboard to complete the numerous jobs we hired him to do. > > Workmanship was outstanding while the assignment was a complex tile installation. Our tenant was ecstatic at the completion. > > Give him my highest recommendation > > Wayne (215) 932-5697 if you want a further referance **★★★★★ — Angela Holahan, Jan. 2023** > Miguel and his team recently installed a beautiful Trex roof deck for us. Working in the city is not easy, but A&Z rose to the challenge professionally and quickly. They created a wonderful outdoor space for us! Workmen were very thorough, took their shoes off before entering house and cleaned up all trash. **★★★★★ — HU-854416009, Sept. 2022** > I recently worked with Miguel on a decking and front porch project. The deck is stunning. Miguel was very accommodating with any changes during the construction process. Very happy with the work and highly recommend Miguel. **★★★★★ — HU-604693023, July 2022** > We just had Miguel and his team renew our 30 year old deck. Miguel is a very talented builder who is able to execute on a design plan within a reasonable budget and time frame. He converted an unfinished basement into a beautiful, multifunctional living space that includes a gym, office, bedroom, lounge area, bath, and pantry. He also provided creative suggestions to modify the design when there were more economical or functional solutions. We are very happy with the end result and are enjoying our new living space. I want to add that Miguel and his team are also very pleasant to work with. **★★★★★ — HU-417116006, May 2022** > Miguel and his team built us a screened in porch with LED ceiling lights and a fan.
