> My general contractor hired Santa Cruz Flooring and Design to refinish our existing 70 year old red oak floors and blend them with newly installed red oak. The owner, Jon Moreno, was a pleasure to work with. He was great about answering all of my questions. We had a substantial remodel where our house was brought down to the studs. Of all the things we changed and upgraded during the remodel, the one thing that people consistently comment on are our hardwood floors. The finish is beautiful and really sets the stage for the entire interior design. When I was unsure of my finish options, Jon knew just what to do. I couldn't be happier with the way our floors turned out. His crew was efficient, respectful, timely, and on-budget. I highly recommend Santa Cruz Flooring and Design.
