> Jon and Emily of MR Studios are incredible to say the least. Their thoughtful, collaborative approach was invaluable during the process of designing my mountain home outside of Los Angeles (from scratch, mind you). Throughout the entire process, they came up with ideas and solutions I'd never considered and were able to find a wonderful balance between inventive design, pragmatic utility and financial practicality. They're communicative, punctual, and knowledgeable about every step of the process (which was great for someone like me who had never done this before...), and are so easy to reach at every stage. I've been recommending them to my friends also looking to build homes and I hope to work with them again down the road. I also feel as if I have met a pair of new friends on this journey with Jon and Emily. 10/10
