Background: my wife and I live in the Lower Greenville area of Dallas and we found Will via referral. Being our first home renovation, we did not know what to expect, and have heard horror stories about other peoples contractor experiences. From the very first meeting, Will made the process smooth, ultimately completing the on time, on budget. The first meeting at our home Will did a thorough walkthrough and provided a realistic quote on price and timing. He also provided valuable feedback and recommendations on design since this was our first time. He also took us to several stores to look at tile, fixtures, and applicances, that helped shape the overall aesthetic. > > The renovation process was efficient. His team arrived on time every day at 8am, there was absolutely no down time waiting for labor so the bathroom was finished as quickly as possible. In total it took a little over two weeks. In that time, Will visited almost every day. The communication was excellent, he was always available by phone and transparent with progress, next steps, issues, etc. Ultimately the cost was slightly BELOW the initial quote, and on time. It looks incredible. Also, we were living in the house while the construction was underway and his team did their best to minimize the disruption and mess. > > I highly recommend working with Will. I found out that Will had updated another neighbor's bathroom from a referral from a Roofing Contractor that I had used, so both referrals were very positive. > > We discussed what my goal was and the desired finish out and he worked up his initial proposal. I wanted to keep costs down and I agreed to take care of most of the "demo" work and I would purchase the materials, i.e. floor tile, shower wall tile, shower floor tile, vanity top, etc. Also purchased the grout and paint, and vanity and shower fixtures. Will's crew basically did all the required prep work and all the installation. He even had a linen cabinet made with adjustable shelves to install over the toilet that came out nicely. > > All work was quality work by his professional contractors. Once we determined when his schedule would open up, I locked down some dates for the work to begin in mid-December.
