I paid Riverson Construction more than $9,000 up front in mid-March 2024 and as of Aug. 31, none of the work outlined on my invoice has been completed. In May, the owner informed me he had no intention of completing the work as outlined and offered an $870 refund. In mid-July we reached an agreement on a more suitable refund but I am still waiting to receive it. There are lots of great contractors out there -choose wisely.
