In the process, Yaniv and his crew discovered that our slab was too thin, our posts were not buried, and that the main cross-beam in our house was basically made of balsa wood and twine. This was an extensive remodel. Throughout it all I appreciated Yaniv’s focus on prioritizing the right fixes, his patience with me when I came up with ridiculously stupid cost-cutting ideas, and the fact that he always had ideas for how to accomplish goals at lower cost but preserving the quality we were looking for.
