> We picked Greystone to build our home. We were pleased with the knowledge, attention to detail, polite helpful attitude, communication, and cleanliness at the job site throughout the experience from the sub contractors and Kelly Wall and staff.
> We are especially happy with the bath and kitchen areas. We found kitchen and bath floor plan designer, Rob Fries, a pleasure to work with as we changed the original floor plans of the kitchen and master bath to suit us better. Interior designer, Melissa Wall helped us with selecting counters and the perfect back splash to complement the cupboards.
> One year later, we hired Greystone to finish off the lower level of our home which included a wet bar area. Again, a job well done.
> Within the next year or so, we had a problem with a couple of windows cracking due to settling and a problem with a portion of the concrete drive but all was taken care of to our satisfaction.

> After touring several fine houses built by Greystone Builders, we selected Greystone Kitchen & Bath to design and remodel our small master bath.  The initial plan was to have them redo our entire home but we thought we would start with the bathroom as a pilot project.  Very glad we did.  The quality of the craftsmen used was excellent!  We were impressed with each of the various professionals they selected (well maybe not so much with the painter).  In the end we have a very nice master bath.  The one area that could use some improvement was with the "designer"/project lead - Rob.  Perhaps it was us.....but from the start the communication style just did not work.  His questions, his answers to our questions, were just odd.  He never seemed to get what we were after.  There were a few misunderstandings that required re-work (for example: a bench \[we had not asked for\] was installed in the shower that would prevented us from getting the frameless- Euro shower door we specifically asked for).  Rob's response was that we would have to settle for a sliding shower door.  NO WAY!  The bench was broken out and the Euro door was installed (beautifully).  When we did ask for his opinion as a designer, we routinely received strange, almost flippent answers, listing all possible options.  I have no doubt he is a very nice guy...but by the end of the project (which drug on for months), we were looking for another contractor to do the rest of the house.

> We have enjoyed working with Greystone Kitchens and Baths to remodel our master bathroom. They have been very professional and each of the workers have done a spectacular and fine job. They have cleaned up well and have been very friendly and kept to the time schedule for our remodel. The plumber even came out to help us with another problem that we had in our house. The designer worked with us until we were happy with our bath remodel design. They have called us to let us know when the different workers would be at our house for the day also. Our master bath is beautiful now. We would definitely recommend Greystone Kitchens and Baths to anybody interested in remodeling a kitchen or bath.
