What type of maintenance? Thanks! A: Thank you. The pond was built in conjunction with the home, is lined, and also used as a thermal mass for the geothermal heating system. Minimal maintenance and quite the fishery as well... **Q: The pivot hinges on the door can your direct me to the vendor..** *(in Photo Questions)* A: This is a custom built door and for the hinges it is a pivot door and there might be some out on the market as numerous companies are making these types of doors now. You're in Montana, how did you get enough heat into the space to compensate for freezing winters?
