> We love our new Craftsman style Patio cover built by MHS Works and can't believe the transformation of our backyard. Matt, the owner, spent several evenings meeting with us, listening to our ideas and working out the details for our project before writing up a fair and reasonable contract. His on-site crew were knowledgible craftsmen, experienced and careful, checking with us or Matt if they had any questions or concerns. We had very specific ideas as to how we wanted certain aspects of the job to be done and they came through each time. The construction site was kept clean and tidy, the finishes were perfection and the job completion is on schedule with only a few things left to do. We'd use MHS Works again and recommend them to our family and friends.

> Matt and his team at MHS Works did a great kitchen remodel for me.  I had purchased a short sale and the kitchen was something straight out of 1980 - tile counter top, fluorescent light box, linoleum floor, and white appliances.  Matt helped me navigate thought endless choices to get an updated and modern design that was not only cohesive, but practical for my needs and budget.

**Q: Mirror frame?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is the mirror framed in Schluter? What profile/size did you use? Is the mirror adhered with basic mirror masking, or did it attach a different way because of the Schluter?

A: Yes it is = Schluter Quadec. The mirror was bonded to the wall in the normal way and then the frame was applied to the mirror once it was fully secured.

**Q: What are the tiles used in this shower and what is top border?Pretty!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Both the inlay and top border are custom made in LA It's water jet cut marble in travertine.  If you really need to know I can dig out the vendor, But it's $$$ per sf.

**Q: Looks great! What are the dimensions of deck?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The Deck is 19' x 15'..

**Q: What is the rough cost to do the cementing work? i.e. the plantars, etc.** *(in Photo Questions)*
