> If you are unlucky (or stupid enough like us) to hire an incompetent contractor who had never worked with an architect, you'd better have the best architect you can find..one who is on the same page you are.

At our initial meeting with them we were told to "pick one of us' for the everyday business of building out 3100 SF of raw concrete space with 18 foot ceilings. We liked both of them right away and told them to decide themselves.  Andy Blanda drew the 'short straw' and so we began.
> This man is the picture of patience, putting up with, and standing his ground against, our contractor.  He set up weekly meetings with everyone involved in that week's construction. He also fielded all of our numerous questions, complaints and phone calls, always getting back to us ASAP when we needed him to. He helped choose our plumbing fixtures.  He helped us make decisions on fabric samples that we found and so much more. If Andy wasn't available Neil was. We can't recommend this firm highly enough.  Love them!
