Can you please tell me what tile this is, color and where it is from?

A: This is a glass tile and it came from Floor and Decor.  its a blue green color.

A: Thanks You Janka!  This is one of my favorite kitchens too!  The painted cabinetry is Sherwin Williams Passive SW7064 and the stained cabinetry was a custom mix concocted by my cabinet maker and myself!
