> In late 2016, we completed a Bowood build of our new home at Sylvan Lake and are thrilled with the result. We started the project expecting it to be a stressful, challenging and time-consuming process. To the contrary, and much to our surprise, we very much enjoyed every aspect of the build. The Bowood personnel, with their expertise and experience, guided us through the entire process smoothly. Not only are they talented, thorough, insightful and respectful - but they enjoy having fun with each other and with their clients. Bowood also expects high quality and standards from their trades' people and suppliers, ensuring a great product for the homeowner. All of our interactions with the trades and suppliers were pleasant experiences as well. We thought it pretty remarkable, with all the choices that had to be made, that we stayed on budget except where we varied it and that the project timing predictions were so accurate. Lastly, in some ways, we were sad when the build was complete as we would miss the regular contact with our Bowood people– not much higher praise than that!

> We contracted Bowood in the spring 2014 to demolish our aging lakefront house on Sylvan Lake, Alberta and to design and build a new lakefront home for our growing family. Construction commenced November, 2014 and our new home was completed on schedule and on budget in December, 2015. Our project included the design and construction of a 2,100 square foot Cape Cod style walkout bungalow with a fully developed lower level, a detached oversized double garage with an adjoining playroom, a new boathouse and new decks/patios and stairs to the lake.

A: Mason Select Beachwood Grey.

Could you please share the name of the blue? thanks

A: The siding was machine-coated with Mason's Select "Blue Lava." It may be challenging to find this paint. Depending on your needs, you can likely find something very close from Benjamin Moore.

What kind of stone is used on this house?

A: The stucco is color matched to Benjamin Moore CC-544.

**Q: What color cedar shake is shown, upper and lower?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This is a custom coloured semi-transparent stain that we mixed specifically for this project. Any good paint store should be able to mix a close match for you.

What color is the siding painted? Thanks!

A: The colour is  from So Pro and is called "Blue Lava".
