Masters Touch had great ideas/vision right from the start. They were the only ones that really gave me ideas on how to change it, instead of coming in with very little ideas on how to change it. We tried to get a couple quotes, but Masters Touch was the only company to get right back to us, respond to my questions, respond to my emails. Whenever I needed information they responded - even if it was to tell me that they didn't have the information I needed but would get back to me......and they did!! We decided that this was the type of company we wanted to work with. It didn't matter if they other quotes were a little less expensive....the communication was a huge factor. > Alex helped us design the kitchen. Her insight and ideas were wonderful. She always gave me her opinion, and reason, when we were choosing things - but not pushing any decision not to be my own. I love what she designed. > Yoni was the foreman. He has a very calm, careing personality. There were many times I wanted something changed and was a little apprehensive to ask him, but he always listened and responded with fitness. When I had questions he always explained things telling me the how and why things were being done. He always let me know when he was coming and when he was not. > I just can't say enough good things. From the first meeting with Doug, through the design process with Nancy and the work supervised by Jake and Steve , I was satisfied. The workmanship was excellent, on budget and on time. Theirs was not the lowest bid I received, but their professionalism, reliability and service was worth it. When there was a misunderstanding on the scope of the work, and it was not specified, in the contract they did what l had expected and I appreciated the extra effort. Masters Touch designed the most beautiful kitchen we could have imagined. They completely reconfigured the kitchen. We now have a large kitchen with plenty of counter space and cabinets. Everything from the design to the completion was absolutely perfect. Working with the designer was easy and enjoyable. Many ideas were given and implemented. The demolition was, as expected messy, but every day was cleaned up by the crew. The installation team that installed the cabinets was terrific. Everything was perfectly leveled and squared. The electrical work was done neat and clean with lots of new outlets. The granite counter tops were installed with ease. The new floor was installed to perfection, along with the new black splash. Even the final painting of the walls and ceiling were top notch, and look great. I could not be happier with the completed job.
