Is is deer resistant? A: And yes, it's fairly deer resistant, too! **Q: Love this plant can you tell me its name?** *(in Photo Questions)* Will it grow in West Texas ? Midland, Tx A: It's a Thanksgiving cactus, and is used as a houseplant, so yes--you can grow it in west Texas! **Q: I love this arrangement, could you say what these flowers are?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: I love this arrangement, too! I did not design this one, and it was elevated up high, so the plants that I can make out for sure are purple fountain grass and sweet potato vine. The flowers might be vincas, petunias and maybe salvias. Great combo, isn't it? **Q: Are these edible as well as being pretty?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Yes, you can eat them, but sometimes their flavor isn't the same as the more traditional kale and cabbage.
