There were many things we loved about our lot, but circumstances dictated that we remain in the existing footprint. Steve did a great job working within this constraint. He was able to give us our "must haves" as well as bring new ideas and suggestions to the table. In addition, he kept our overall construction budget in mind and knew where to make simple changes that would save on cost but not sacrifice our needs and wants.
