We contracted on the home before construction began and were given carte blanche on design changes and all selections and finishes. The Silvan team (Jan, Danielle and Sarah) are customer service driven and they built us much more than a house ... but the home that we love. Special kudos to Sarah who spent many hours with us selecting lighting and plumbing fixtures, appliances, counter tops and paint colors and putting up with very particular clients.
