John's expertise and broad experience with materials and engineering came into play several times which helped us problem solve. We had confidence in John and his crew from start to finish. From the beginning, I found the owner, James Yu, to be knowledgeable and professional, and his proposal was thorough and fairly priced. Throughout the construction processes, I was highly impressed with his responsiveness.
