The budget Randy worked up for us was spot on, when the project was complete we were within 1% of budget and the house was built exactly like we wanted. I should note Randy uses the same sub contractors for his jobs so they know him well and his high expectations so they perform accordingly. One unique thing we really liked was the website Randy used to keep us updated on the project schedule and he also uploaded project photos and files for us to see. It really helped us keep up with things on our busy schedules and know what decisions we had to make and by what deadline. Our house was completed just over a year ago and Randy recently came and did a follow up walk through with us. We pointed out some paint repairs we wanted fixed, as well as a cracked tile grout and some caulking needed from a house normally settling. He had people out the next day to do the repairs - at no charge. Where can we find one similar to this? A: The iron door was specifically built for the opening. The ceiling is ten ft. but the actual foot print of the room is small. The existing cabinet is 30 inches wide. I am looking for something traditional yet edgy.
