We are a full service Design company for Residential Interior, Exterior, Commercial, New Construction and Renovation projects.

We offer all kinds of solutions, services and projects.

We take up every challenge, no job too big or too small. No location too near or too far, in fact, we travel from state to state on many projects. We've worked on projects in many different cities and states including, Arizona, Atlanta, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and more.

Before we take up any project big or small, residential or commercial, we consult with our clients to establish project parameters and understand their expectations, taste, interests and priorities pertinent to budget. We then plan and develop a space that is functional, smart and aesthetically beautiful. Our goal is to provide you with a decor space that is tailor made, just for you and your family or business.

We custom make furnishings, window treatments, artwork and accessories as needed.

We purchase products and fixtures for all aspects of the project from floor to ceiling, room by room.

A lot of the products include rugs, ceiling fans, furniture, tiles, flooring, cabinets, appliances, countertops, etc... And of course coordinating with the clients every step of the way unless they prefer to be surprised.

> Didn’t get permits. Sewer vents into the bathroom. Paint peeling, grout crumbling, spacers for the tile sliced my foot open and are still sticking out of the grout. Lights don’t work, upcharged me 4x for a basic low end Lowe’s brand toilet, exhaust fan is not rated for the room size. Fixtures rusting.

> NOT a licensed contractor. Court Judgement against WestPoint states they are to be administratively dissolved as of November 21, 2025. This company cannot legally perform any contract over $40k but continues to advertise for much larger projects.

> The owner of this company does not have a license and works without permits to avoid oversight.

> I am unfortunately, only discovering this, 4.5 years after his work was completed at my home. We spent about $90K on a project with Mike Germain, the owner of West point designs LLC.
> During the recent sale of our home a structural engineer was called in to review some red flags on the home inspection report specifically regarding the three-story deck that Mike and his team built.
> I contacted Mike since one of the issues was a lack of permit with the county & assumed we could clear that up quickly with his records.
> Instead, when Mike (finally after attempts to reach him) called me back, he lied and told me that I asked him not to get permits. Which never happened.

> Even without permits, the real issue is that Mike Germain’s team did not adhere to building codes, on a three story deck. Many issues were uncovered, all pointing to a complete disregard for building codes in nearly every aspect of the construction.

> Do not trust this contractor! We had a large scale project completed by Mike Germain and his team in the fall of 2020. We are currently selling our home and under contract. We always believed our deck would be one of our greatest assets. Upon further investigation Mike did not follow proper state and county codes. He did not get any permits for the work that was completed or schedule a county inspection so oversight could be provided for his company’s work at the time of completion. Imagine how this shock feels and put yourselves in our shoes as first time home buyers. This story is far from over as we approach negotiations to discuss the reconstruction of the bottom part of the deck touching the house, the entire screened in porch, upper open level deck, and the staircase. Do not make the same mistake we did by hiring an unprofessional and untrustworthy contractor such as Mike.
