Cynthia and her team at ATS are wonderful! Not only they were super helpful in helping us selecting the tiles for our bathrooms and kitchen, but they also stuck with us when we ran into a few small issues. The tiles in the kitchen, while looking the same in the box, looked heterogenous on the wall. Cynthia got us reimbursed by the tile manufacturer, and found us quickly replacement tiles and also recommended Pablo, who installed the tiles over the week-end. Our project could finish on time and on budget, and the result looks amazing! Thank you Cynthia! If you need tiles, go to ATS, dont go anywhere else!! **★★★★★ — User, May 2017** > We have worked with Cynthia for over 20 years. ATS's expertise, great customer service, and eye for design make them our go to vendor when we are working with tile and stone. We love ATS! **★★★★★ — elenar1, March 2017** > If you are ready to re-tile a bathroom (or another room), I highly recommend going to Artistic Tile & Stone. The showroom is very inviting and the selection of tile is wonderful. I really enjoyed working with Norine. She carefully listened to what I liked and didn't like, offered several suggestions and was just a delight to work with. I can't wait to go back to AT&S when I'm ready to tackle another bathroom. **★★★★★ — Elements in Design, Jan. 2017** > Love working with Cynthia! She has great inventory, great selections and her staff are all very helpful. Need Tile, it's a must to go there and tell them I recommended them to you. **★★★★★ — SENGA interior design, Nov. 2016** > Wonderful selection of materials for any budget. I love working with Cynthia. She always goes above and beyond to help her clients. I have used AT&S for many projects and will continue to do so. **★★★★★ — Angie K, April 2016** > Project: complete gut and remodel of home, needed tile for three bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, fireplace > > WOW! Cynthia and her team are amazing! I still can't believe how the tile work turned out. Cynthia help me select all the tile based on design preference and budget. She help to put together a cohesive design and theme throughout the house. LOVE LOVE everything and the house looks beautiful thanks to Artistic Tile. > > There was an issue with one tile design where the manual cutting made it challenging to perfectly align them on the wall. Cynthia came up with an alternate design that was perfect, while still maintaining the "wow" factor. > > Cynthia and her team pulled together samples for me to take for other design aspects (paint, furniture, etc). This was so helpful!!! > > Everyone at AT were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with!!! I would highly recommend Artistic Tile. **★★★★★ — chebner, Dec. 2015** > We've done three different projects with Artistic Tile and Stone - guest bathroom, kitchen, and blaster bathroom. The selection and service is exceptional. They take care of the logistics to make your experience stress free. Absolutely outstanding! **★★★★★ — ARTO, July 2015** > We have had an excellent professional relationship with Artistic Tile and Stone since the 1990s. Cynthia has been diligent in knowing and understanding our product which we appreciate greatly. Her passion for the industry shows in her work and how she relates to others. We look forward to many more years working with the Artistic Tile team. **★★★★★ — jeannielam88, March 2015** > Enjoyed the consultation process and great designer advice. Samples and variety of tile was phenomenal. Hands down would return here for next house! **★★★★★ — lnusser, Feb. 2015** > Cynthia and her team are true professionals who truly love what they do and enjoy interacting with their clients. I had a difficult situation with my kitchen backsplash and the team worked with me by listening to what I wanted, educating me and providing me with untold number of samples to bring home. AT&S has a wide selection which provides us with options for any project. I can't thank Cynthia and her entire team enough for their guidance. Truly a gem of a shop! **★ — Cody Voellinger, Feb. 2015** > I would give 0 stars for customer service if possible. > In this day and age, we go to a store for the professional advice and customer service, otherwise we could just shop online for cheaper! > > When we placed an order that was 12x too large (our contractor forgot to divide by inches to get feet), the sales person never mentioned that this would be a ridiculous amount of tile for a single shower floor. > > After we caught the mistake, they refused to share any responsibility, want to charge 40% restocking fee, and give us the refund in store credit. Who wants credit from a store that is too expensive with unethical sales people? > > Bad advice- be careful what you order here. > Best advice- DON"T SHOP HERE **Comment from AT&S Artistic Tile & Stone:** > Hi Cody, > > We apologize again that you feel as if we made a mistake with your order. As you stated your contractor made the mistake. Why blame us? The quantity ordered is not unheard of for a bathroom. It was NEVER brought to our attention that you were only tiling a shower floor. We were under the impression that this was being used for a bathroom remodel, and the quantity ordered for a bathroom would not raise any red flags at all. > > Your wife who purchased the material gave us the quantity needed based upon what your Contractor told her. We did not come to your home and take any measurements. That is why we rely on you or your Contractor to provide them. We went over our return policy and that was also signed off and acknowledged that it was Special Order and cannot be returned or cancelled, yet we still tried to help you and make an exception for return. It is also not mentioned in your review the urgency for the material and how quickly we were able to get that in for you, only after it had arrived was the quantity questioned by you. > > The 30% restock fee is a fee that we were charged from the factory and we pass that on to you since we did not make a mistake in providing incorrect quantities. I apologize that you are unhappy with your experience with us. We feel we are doing as much as possible to work with you while keeping in mind that we did not make a mistake here. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything else. > > Thank You, > AT&S **★★★★★ — yryzak, Dec. 2013** > Cynthia is a gem She's a great listener and will turn your dreams into reality. My bathroom remodel is amazing because of the tile she helped me pick out. She even drew a picture for my architect and contractor so they could see the vision. Prices are very fair and the service and selection is unmatched. Five stars all the way!!! ## Selected projects - [Greathouse](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/greathouse-pj-vj~7081548) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 16 - [San Carlos Designers Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-carlos-designers-home-pj-vj~7081530) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 10 - [SanCarlos Desig](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/sancarlos-desig-pj-vj~7081534) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 1 - [SanCar](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/sancar-pj-vj~7081533) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 1 - [San](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-pj-vj~7081532) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 1 - [Bathrooms](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bathrooms-pj-vj~265630) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 41 - [Fireplaces](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/fireplaces-pj-vj~262042) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 5 - [Kitchens](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchens-pj-vj~259886) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 18 - [Cement Beauty](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/cement-beauty-pj-vj~1101736) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 12 - [Outdoor Spaces](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/outdoor-spaces-pj-vj~91799) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 5 [See all 10 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/tile-and-stone/atands-artistic-tile-and-stone-pfvwus-pf~1325545828) ## Community Q&A **Q: Can you tell me where the linen cabinet from please?** *(in Photo Questions)* What are the dimensions?
