Color pallet suggestions would be helpful. A: I will be considering this when I make my decision. I like the mustardy-type historic colors. TY, Linda **Q: Need help with decorating fireplace** *(in Design Dilemma)* I could use some help with decorating my fireplace. It's located in the family room and really stands out when you walk through the front door. The house is a combination of craftsman and traditional styles. The colors throughout the main level are Benjamin Moore's Wheeling Neutral, Dry Sage, Georgian Brick, dark brown (floor and sofas), and white (trim). Thanks. A: I love the idea of an interesting mirror hung over the mantle to reflect the light into the room with a black frame. Candles in varying sizes, mercury glass balls and mercury candle holders.' hope this helps. **Q: Help with mantle design** *(in Design Dilemma)* We are redoing our fireplace and mantle and are looking for ideas on what to put our electronics in. Thought about trying to put built ins under the windows. Any ideas? Btw, all the furniture is going but the tv stays! :) A: I would remove the fireplace insert, add crown molding to the room, find an old beam from a salvage yard, if you like a rustic look, otherwise use casings and moldings to "beef" up the face of mantle. Changing the brick is a bit of work, you will need a pry bar to safely remove the brick then you can replace it with new stone, etc. Remember to use the proper adhesive "for high temp". The tiled area of the face of the mantle, can be a great way to add your own style, new tile mosaic, stone, river rock, sea glass, etc. Hope this helps. **Q: Need suggestions for shower curtain, towels, ectc..** *(in Design Dilemma)* In need suggestions for a color scheme to compliment this wall color.
