> Michael referred my interior design firm to his client, this homeowner, to work with his team of general contractor, architecture and interior design.  The project was a major renovation and addition to a colonial home.  Throughout the project Michael, his employees and team were professional, communicated, were available, followed through and had creative and boundary stretching ideas for this home. The transformation is remarkable.

> The client continues years later to enjoy her home. One of the memorable ideas that Michael had was the 12 foot window in the kitchen.

I'm looking for a new way to access my loft, and this ladder looks like a very good option.

A: it was custom-made by the builder - not a terribly difficult project, and one he was proud to do.

Could you share the brand and model number of the baseboards?

A: That project was a long time ago, but it appears the baseboards are 1x6 or 1x8 with a cap moulding.

A: custom made by Kichens by Coco.

**Q: What is the material around the tub and above the vanity?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Looks great.

A: small mosaic tile - it was selected by the owner so I'm afraid we don't have the spec

I love the vanity.  Where is it from?

A: i believe the Owners found the vanity for the contractor to install.
