Our Design Process

We have developed an affordable and efficient tool to help our customers navigate the labyrinth of planning an outdoor renovation or new deck project. Long gone are the days of a letter size deck sketch being approved by your local building department. Unfortunately the process has become far more involved. We want to be there from beginning to end. We are proud of our designs and of making them a reality that our customers will enjoy for many years.

> Pacific Circle, Inc. is the best contractor I have ever worked with.  Pacific Circle has completed three major projects for me with the first one completed in 2017, the second in 2020 and the third in 2022.

> The first project was construction of a large new deck replacing one destroyed by a fallen tree.  The second project was the construction of a long pathway and steps up a steep slope to enhance the landscaped area.  The third project was the removal and reconstruction of a second deck surrounding the outside of the house plus significant siding replacement.

> The first deck built in 2017 required design, engineering and local City approvals prior to the beginning of the work.  Pacific Circle provided all the design and engineering and worked with the City to obtain all permits necessary to begin construction.  This was a huge benefit to me and a very difficult task.  The input/recommendations on materials and design was extremely helpful.  The quality of workmanship is excellent.  In addition to the deck, a new entrance to the house was created enhancing access to the deck.
