> We hired Custom Refinements to do a complete renovation of a condo in Beaver Creek, including adding a large upstairs room and an additional bathroom in the living area.  The timeframe was very tight to get it completed by ski season, but they got it done, in large part due to Ryan, the excellent project manager who gave it 110% to keep all the subs on track and worked creatively to overcome challenges.  The owner, Brad, was reasonable and fair and worked well with me when issues arose, as they always do throughout a multi-month full condo renovation/gut-job. > Custom Refinements took charge of our Beaver Creek, Colorado home renovation.  The exacting work done by their dedicated team ended with gorgeous results. With perseverance and know-how, the Custom Refinements team was able to rework the complete floor plan, including the challenging relocation of the plumbing and electrical connections for a washer and dryer, and the construction of a floor to ceiling steel fireplace wall in the living room. In addition to a significant amount of new plumbing, electrical and drywall smoothing, the project scope included a new kitchen, three new bathrooms, new millwork and carpentry, new wood flooring and a stair rail redesign.

## Community Q&A

**Q: We installed this tile last year, and love it!** *(in Photo Questions)*

The challenge I'm facing is getting it to look like it did before we grouted. We used unsanded charcoal gray grout. I've tried all of the suggested cleaners but can get the luster back. Any suggestions?
We've tried: Lemom Juice, Denatured Alcohol, stainless steel cleaner, vinegar and anything else i've seen suggested. Now I've only experimented on a few tiles at a time so as not further the problem.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

A: You could try a soft scrub cleaner to remove the grout haze and then buff it with a copper or sliver polish to get the luster back. Hope that works.

**Q: What is backsplash** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The backsplash for this home is the same as the counter top....full height granite...Bronzo was the name of the slab.

**Q: Vanity** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can this vanity be purchased?

A: I do not recall the name or style. We did not enchance the finish but did add new handles and made slight modifiaction to the interior for better storage. I to was impressed with qualtiy and look for a production piece!
