The site manager drinks on site gets drunk. They do NOT fallow guidelines when doing renovations. The run water line along return air systems as well as plastic fittings on taps and tile over it. They have ripped of two employees for there pay checks and they are already looking at two lawsuits for there crap work they do. Very unprofessional company stay away from them. **★★★★★ — Bryan F., April 2026** > MKB was professional from design to finished product. The quality was beyond compare. The workmen were courteous, clean and very talented with expert workmanship, skills and ideas. We are having them start on another renovation right away. We would not hesitate recommending them to family and friends. **★★★★★ — ejmj jones, Oct. 2025** > We hired Manotick Kitchen & Bath (MKB) to renovate our main bathroom and, later, our kitchen. After obtaining several quotes, we chose MKB for the bathroom renovation, which involved a complete overhaul—new ceiling, flooring, and partially tiled walls, along with relocating the toilet. We opted for a contemporary design featuring a walk-in glass shower, a freestanding bathtub, and a modern vanity. The result exceeded our expectations. There were no hidden costs, and we were promptly informed of any additional expenses resulting from design changes. Every aspect of the work was carried out with exceptional care and precision. > > Our positive experience led us to engage MKB again for our kitchen renovation. This project was more extensive, requiring the removal of a wall between the dining room and kitchen, as well as replacing part of the staircase wall with a sleek glass railing. From start to finish, the process was seamless, efficient, and remarkably stress-free. > > Paul, the project manager, was outstanding. He clearly explained every detail, kept us informed throughout, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to our satisfaction made all the difference. > > The finished kitchen is absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. > We highly recommend Manotick Kitchen & Bath for anyone planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation. **★★★★★ — Doug Paine, June 2024** > It sure won’t be difficult to write a positive review about Manotick Kitchen and Bath… > For those considering a bathroom renovation, the project may seem daunting at the start, with numerous TV programs depicting poor craftsmanship by unscrupulous contractors. I had the same thoughts, but after analyzing quotes from 3 different Ottawa contractors, I chose Manotick Kitchen and Bath to execute our bathroom renovation project…and I certainly could not be more pleased with the outcome.. > Mike’s team; Bailey, Paul ( Project Manager), Hussein, John and Alex ( tile craftsman extraordinaire) were all prompt, courteous and personable while working to a high professional standard in our home. It was a comfortable experience working with these people throughout the entire project. > I would recommend Manotick Kitchen and Bath with every confidence. > D.Paine, Ottawa Ontario **★★★★ — Mei Lo, March 2023** > We hired Manotick kitchen and bath after our neighbor recommended them to us. Bailey was our contact person, and who directed us and suggested many things that could be done in our kitchen as well they replaced the flooring pretty well throughout the main floor. We had a galley kitchen so there wasn't much movement that we could do. Bailey had suggested that we close off an entry way to our living room that we didn't really need, as well as making the kitchen entrance way larger. Bailey listened attentively to all that I wanted in my dream kitchen and boy did he deliver. We worked with their designer Deborah who was patient with us and suggested many things that we would not have thought of. They went above and beyond working with us, discussing things that we had concerns about. Should there be any issues, they were on top of it immediately. I would highly recommend Manotick kitchen and bath to do any renovations that you were considering, they treat you like they are family and are very concerned of your thoughts. **★★★★★ — HU-94509395, June 2022** > Thank you for a renovation completed with such professionalism. I must also mention the work ethic of Paul our forman and Austin was awesome, the respect for our home was appreciated. > Your visits and attention when required made things progress smoothly and as planned. > Regards, G.St.J **★★★★★ — Mike Orser, June 2022** > We used MKB to totally renovate our kitchen and also do one bathroom and one powder room. The project started during COVID times and knowing that we knew that there would be delays because of that. MKB managed to keep the project moving when they were allowed to in between restrictions. And as with any project, there would be hiccups. A company should be evaluated as to how they handle these hiccups and MKB were excellent as addressing our concerns and providing advice when required. We would highly recommend using MKB for your kitchen and bathroom renovations!! **★★★★★ — ACO, April 2022** > Manotick Kitchen and Bath completed a stunning ensuite bathroom transformation for us and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. From the moment we met Mike we knew that we had found the company for us. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional and took the time and care needed to complete the job to the highest standards. The project had a few hiccups along the way, but Mike, Bailey and the team addressed everything promptly and to our complete satisfaction. And they were very accommodating and good natured about all the changes we requested along the way! Completing a project during Covid presented unique challenges, but we always felt safe with the protocols they had in place. We would not hesitate to contact MKB for our next renovation project or to recommend them to our friends and family. **★★★★★ — Nik Mehta, Sept. 2020** > We would give MKB a first class rating. From initial pricing and proposal thru to all of the finishing touches, MKB was professional and did everything with an impeccable attention to detail. Having Domenic in charge made the entire process seamless, even though our home was gutted and rebuilt during COVID. Domenic's ideas and suggestions gave our entire kitchen a uniqueness that is not generally found in many remodels. At the same time, we never felt we were being "upsold". When we made a major change, they were fair with pricing. We would not hesitate for a moment if we had to do it all over again. **★★★★★ — Linda H, Aug. 2020** > We hired MKB to remodel our kitchen last fall. They started right after Thanksgiving and promised to finish before Christmas and they did. Their contract was clear, reasonable and there were no surprise charges at the end of the job. I really enjoyed working with their designer Dee who was very personable, provided me with great ideas and sample, and really helped me to design the kitchen I envisioned. We felt comfortable with Dominic and his crew - they were very professional and respectful working in our home every day. Dominic did a great job to keep the project on track despite a couple of issues with suppliers. Six months after the remodel was complete, I emailed MKB about a couple of doors which were not working optimally - Dominic promptly came out and replaced the mechanisms. We love everything about our new kitchen and would not hesitate to contact MKB about future remodels. **★★★★ — Julie Rochon-Turgeon, April 2020** > We connected with MKB at the fall home show in Ottawa. They promptly communicated and did an estimate within a week. There quote was competitive. We felt comfortable dealing with Mike. The designer, Dee was very warm. The onsite crew doing the project were respectful of us, our home and cleaned up at the end of every day. Damien Ladd and his partner Hossein did a great job with our ensuite bathroom. It's our pleasure to recommend them. **★★★★★ — Heather Adams, Jan. 2020** > The process from the planning to finish was done professionally. We were provided with a designer who came to our home with a wide selections of tiles to choose for our bathroom and offer to bring additional samples if required. The contractors who did the bathroom renovation were excellent and they were meticulous with the details of the job. Thank you MKB for providing us with the bathroom that we envisioned and more. ## Selected projects - [Lavish Traditional Kitchen in Manotick](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/lavish-traditional-kitchen-in-manotick-pj-vj~7235414) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 16 - [Spa Getaway in Greely](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/spa-getaway-in-greely-pj-vj~7233503) - Location: Ottawa, Ontario - Photos: 10 - [Modern Ensuite Transformation in Findlay Creek](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/modern-ensuite-transformation-in-findlay-creek-pj-vj~7233489) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 9 - [Main Floor Renovation in Nepean](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/main-floor-renovation-in-nepean-pj-vj~7233362) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 16 - [Elegant Kitchen Remodel in Findlay Creek](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/elegant-kitchen-remodel-in-findlay-creek-pj-vj~7214635) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 5 - [Modern Ensuite in Nepean](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/modern-ensuite-in-nepean-pj-vj~7216408) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 11 - [Beautiful Ensuite Transformation in Manotick](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/beautiful-ensuite-transformation-in-manotick-pj-vj~7213551) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 7 - [Luxurious Kitchen and Foyer Remodel in Manotick](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/luxurious-kitchen-and-foyer-remodel-in-manotick-pj-vj~7215343) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 11 - [Spacious Retreat in Manotick](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/spacious-retreat-in-manotick-pj-vj~7213584) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 8 - [European Oasis in Barrhaven](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/european-oasis-in-barrhaven-pj-vj~7213572) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 6 - [Elegant Ensuite Transformation in Greely](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/elegant-ensuite-transformation-in-greely-pj-vj~7213562) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 7 - [Kitchen and Front Foyer Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchen-and-front-foyer-remodel-pj-vj~7215219) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 12 - [Kitchen Makeover in Rideau Forest](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchen-makeover-in-rideau-forest-pj-vj~2646744) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 10 - [Transitional Kitchen and Entryway Refinish](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/transitional-kitchen-and-entryway-refinish-pj-vj~7215368) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 10 - [Rustic Ensuite in Barrhaven](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/rustic-ensuite-in-barrhaven-pj-vj~7216477) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 5 - [Complete Kitchen Transformation in Barrhaven](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/complete-kitchen-transformation-in-barrhaven-pj-vj~7214724) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 5 - [Kitchen Remodel in Riverside South](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchen-remodel-in-riverside-south-pj-vj~7215300) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 8 - [Ensuite Remodel in Kemptville](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ensuite-remodel-in-kemptville-pj-vj~7215308) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 6 - [Transitional Ensuite Renovation with Jacuzzi](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/transitional-ensuite-renovation-with-jacuzzi-pj-vj~7214731) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 7 - [Ensuite Makeover in Findlay Creek](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ensuite-makeover-in-findlay-creek-pj-vj~7214482) - Location: Ottawa, ON - Photos: 5 [See all 56 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/kitchen-and-bath-remodelers/manotick-kitchen-and-bath-pfvwus-pf~1325697456) ## Ideabooks - [Bathrooms](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/24836457/list/bathrooms) — 49 ideas - [Kitchens](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/85262103/list/kitchens) — 39 ideas - [Basements](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/116076699/list/basements) — 4 ideas [See all 3 ideabooks](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/users/manotickkitchenandbath) ## Community Q&A **Q: Fixing up a 186 yr old home** *(in Before & After)* A few before and after pics with more to come. open to suggestions A: Thats Beautiful! **Q: Before and after n** *(in Before & After)* Revere pewter now wanting to paint bathroom will it get boring.?same for bedroom,,,, A: beautiful! **Q: Beauty, Drama and Contrast** *(in Before & After)* Here are a few Before and In-Progress shots of a project I worked on in Beverly Hills. Since she just got divorced, she asked me for a girly look.
