> Worked with Retouch in 2017 to put a new roof on our house and it went well.  Now the roof is leaking and Lance can only be bothered to call new customers back.  Been waiting 5 weeks for a contractor that would "be out next week".

> I had them install a new flat roof on two parts of my house and some misc exterior railing work in 2019. During the work, they were responsive, and overall, I thought the work looked good. Unfortunately, within a year, some of the painting they did started to fail. I emailed and texted them but received no response. It was fairly minor, so I just ended up repainting it myself. This year, 2023, one of the flat roofs started leaking water onto the ceiling below it. I called many times over several months trying to get warranty assistance, and they did come out once and said they'd have to send someone else out to investigate why the roof failed. That was the last I heard from them. Many calls and an ignored BBB complaint later, and they still will not work with me on the failed roof.

> I will start this review by saying everyone I have dealt with at Retouch has been extremely pleasant to work with. However, the lack of commination and planning from Lance was unprofessional at best. There was no clear definition of a timeline, workers would show without warning and then we wouldn't see them again for weeks. I was then contacted by my city saying that although permits were pulled for the job in question, the appropriate inspections were not scheduled and we now need to retroactively address that. Maybe my job just got lost in the shuffle, but I am shocked to see the reviews about timeliness and planning.

We had bids from 4 firms and ReTouch priced the project right in the middle ($40,000) of the price range. Their designer did a good job in helping us pick quality products within reasonable price ranges. They brought samples of everything to us so we didn't have to run around town.
> The project took longer (4 months) than usual for them because of (1) Covid-19 shutdown related delays in getting materials and cabinets, and (2) because we elected to have one bathroom fully completed before starting on the second one (that was a good decision for us).
> Lead carpenter Mark Franklin was the on the scene manager and did a great job communicating and coordinating.  Everyone was conscientious about their job and responsive to what we wanted.
