> Sikora and Speas remodeled our kitchen. It was a total remodel. I have a hard time picturing how our old kitchen looked. The best products and the quality is amazing. They did exactly what we asked as well as gave us great ideas.
> Loved the entire staff that was involved in our remodel.

> My wife and I wanted to totally renovate a nice two-bedroom condo in downtown Colorado Springs. Using Kathy and Andy as a team was just excellent and the result perfectly matched our intent. They were creative, persistent, professional, and friendly. Here’s how: They were creative in developing the look that my wife wanted with an aviation theme; also creative when solving some significant problems with the renovation due to the age of the condo. They were persistent in that despite some obstacles because of the age of the unit, they would not rest until they had solved all the problems and delivered and great job, sometimes requiring outside the box thinking and workmanship. They were professional in that the ideas they generated and then delivered were awesome and the results likewise. Easy to communicate with and responsive. Finally, they were a joy with whom to work and we now consider them valued friends in Colorado Springs. So…creative, persistent, professional and friendly. What more could one ask for during a major renovation? Most highly recommended and a wonderful experience. Bottom line: my wife is very happy and thus, so am I.

> We did a bathroom remodel with limited space and they were able to find a way to expand it to give us a beautiful space. Very professional in all aspects from design to finishing and the result was amazing!

> When I got a new knee five years ago, an Orthepedic Surgeon friend said get somebody who has done lots of knees. We decided to make a major renovation of our 1986 home. We didn't have the expertise or the team to do it. Andy Sikora did. He masterfully pulled together 8-10 subcontractors with his own company, forming an excellent team that renovated 5 large rooms in our home. They did the job on time (three months) and on budget. Lots of moving parts, but he had done it lots of times and had the skills to pull it all together. The job included heavy duty demolition, taking down walls, building them up again, texturing and faux painting all walls and ceilings, designing and building a sand stone fireplace, totally redesigning and rebuilding a bathroom to include taking a small shower and doubling it in size, retiling the floor and shower as well. His expertise really showed when he and his son Jake (construction manager) found several unforeseen problems including a rotting door and floor around the front door. They called in an expert who they had worked with numerous times. He fixed the problem in one day.
>
> Would I trust Andy Sikora and Sikora Creations again. You bet. In fact we are going to continue this project with our master bedroom and master bath. Trust and excellence are not givens. They are both proven.

> This guy is a true artisan. An Einstein, Fredrick Remington, Bob Villa, Tim the Tool Man and a Blacksmith all wrapped into one! His ideas, problem solving, promptness, and commitment to detail made the home building process fun and exciting. His one-off designs on furniture and accessories, etc., has generated a lot of buzz among my neighbors, friends, and family. AWESOME work!

> We moved from California to Colorado and bought a house that had never been updated since it was built in 1980. It looked awful but had good bones. It had carpet throughout, linoleum, separate but large kitchen, popcorn ceilings, windows that needed replacing, orange peel wall texture, no mantle on the 15x20ft moss rock fireplace, small wood baseboards and door casings, no lighting or ceiling fans, outdated window coverings in the living room that actually had an insert into the wall to accompany some of the thick curtains, square corners, a mirrored wetbar in the long hallway with a 'cat perch' or landing for plants on top of it, thin plank stair rails, 1980 appliances, etc.
>
> I interviewed several interior designers and remodelers for this and decided to go with Andy Sikora of Sikora Construction & Remodel & his wife,. Kathy at Speas Interior Design. I knew it was a huge project and wanted someone who had extensive experience and testimonials so I went with him and his wife's company. Working together as a design and remodel team, his crew got to work tearing down walls in between the kitchen and dining, opening up entry ways, tearing out wetbars, rebuilding the kitchen and cabinet space including framing, sheetrock, hvac, building stairwalls, retexturing, painting, trimwork, gas, plumbing, electrical and lighting, backsplash installation and whatever else was on the scope of work to open up the kitchen into the dining and living room and make an updated, open concept living area.
>
> Andy and his crew were very professional, got things done quickly and expertly, cleaned up after themselves, were polite, positive and a joy to work with. He provided a detailed scope of work at the beginning and then monthly thereafter, we chose what we wanted to do, any change orders needed to be signed off by us and there were no financial surprises.. I was also glad I hired Sikora Construction and Speas Interior Deisgn because I wanted flawless communication between the design and construction so we did not waste time or energy to complete this remodel. I highly recommend Sikora Construction and Speas Interior Design for any of your remodeling work.

  - Description: For this project we were asked to turn the lower level of the house into a grandchildren's retreat for when the owner's children and grandchildren come for a visit. We created a separate entrance from outside the house to a guest bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet room, and a nursery/playroom. There was a large rock that had pushed it's way through the foundation of the house that we were able to work around to create a loft area in the playroom, with a fun rock viewing window for…
