> Terrible experience. We hired Gary to run a full home remodel. He increased the scope of the project without approval and pulled workers offsite when we questioned the strange invoices. He then threatened to abandon the project if we did not pay for the additional work. The items that we did actually hire him for are left unfinished with very poor quality months after the work was scheduled for completion.

> Brightworks performed wonderfully on 3 high-end, custom spec homes for me. With Gary on admin and malcolm in the field all aspects of the project were covered. Their pricing is slightly above the median but their work was well above the norm. Their scheduling was a little bit off with most phases of the work taking longer than estimated. But their crew has an incredible work ethic. They care about how things are put together and how they function.  If they perform as they did for me you'll be happy.

A: It was custom milled cedar.

A: Sorry, no. We did that house several years ago, and I no longer have color information for that project.
