Guy was also involved in selection of all fixtures and materials, again saving us expense.  Guy has outstanding subs that performed excellent work.  It was truly a pleasurable building experience and Mr. Floyd was actively involved on a daily basis.  We have built four new homes over the past 25 years and this was by far the best building experience.  We would not hesitate to build with Custom Creative Builders again.  We love our new home and recommend Custom Creative Builders without reservation.

Vendor for stools in kitchen

A: I was the custom homebuilder on this project.  The homeowner supplied the barstools so unfortunately I don't know where they purchased them.

A: The home owner purchased it at an antique sale.

**Q: how high is the ceiling in the kitchen? is that 42” with another 24”?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Kitchen ceiling height looks to be 12 but would like to confirm

A: Yes, it is a 12' ceiling with a 42" upper cabinet and another 24" cabinet on top of that one.

**Q: Fireplace stone name? Corbel source?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love this room! Is fireplace real stone or facade? Also, what is the ceiling height of the vaulted room?  Thanks!

A: The fireplace stone is real stone.  The ceiling height is 18'.

**Q: Where is the sectional from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I am the home builder and the home owner provided their furniture themselves.  I believe they already owned it when I built the home for them.

**Q: Beautiful home!  What are the dimensions of the island and family room** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The island is 7'x3.5' and the family room is 20'x22'.
