**★★★★★ — Kristen, May 2022**

> For our first large scale remodel, MUSE was a great team to work with in executing our vision for our kitchen. They listened to us when designing the space, and worked within our budget. The contractor was great to work with too. But the finished product was even more beautiful and more functional than we could have ever imagined!

**★★★★★ — Amy Elliott, Feb. 2022**

> Muse recently completed my primary bath remodel. This was the best remodeling experience I've had, and I've had several. My bathroom project began with designer Katie listening to my desire for a perky bathroom space and creating a design with just the right look and products. She skillfully navigated supply chain issues that occurred during the project. Project Manager Vincent kept the project on track and kept me informed. The on-line logs and messages were really helpful. Vince and his assistant Victor were a delight to work with and I looked forward to their visits to my home. They were able to keep the dust to a minimum so there was not much disruption outside of the bath and adjoining bedroom, and my timid cat's life wasn't unduly disturbed. The subcontractors used for tiling, electrical and plumbing were professional and there was good communication between Muse and the subcontractors. I'm quite pleased with the people, process and results of this project.

> We had Muse remodel our kitchen over the summer of 2020 and had a great experience. They were professional, personable and easy to get in contact with. We loved using the BuilderTrend app to keep in touch and to track the progress via the calendar and daily log updates. We have recommended them to our friends and hope to use them in the future when it's time to remodel our master bathroom!

**★★★★★ — Paul Rundzieher, Sept. 2020**

> Wendy and Jerehmy turned our vision into our dream kitchen. The entire project was well managed from day one when Jerehmy first visited our home, to several design sessions with Wendy and her team to the extensive work supervised by an exceptional project manager, Vincent. Muse was the first contractor we dealt with that actually listened to us concerning budget and our ideas. Wendy and her team offered us great practical ideas while taking into consideration everything we wanted. The project got off to a rough start because of issues discovered during demolition but Muse reacted quickly, made a change in their project manager and the rest went very well. Every detail was well executed and the overall design was smart and thorough. The kitchen is extremely functional while being modern and timeless. We love that Muse is family owned and run and felt that care throughout the renovation.

**★ — Jeremy Tidd, July 2020**

> Kitchen remodel never passed inspection. Leaked and caused water damage. Had to file a insurance claim. Horrible experience. They told me they were not coming back to fix it. My wife was so stressed out, had to go to the emergency room for shingles from stress.

**Comment from Muse Residential:**

> We have been monitoring the recent campaign being waged by the Tidds and we feel it is our duty to give an open and honest response. In light of this customer's continued barrage of hate and intimidation, we have written the following letter to put our version of the events on the record for those who are interested and who would like to hear both sides of the story before deciding how they feel about this situation:
>
> Mr. Tidd,
>
> It has been our sincere wish to resolve your job amicably, as we have attempted to do for the past several months. Your job involved multiple areas, including a kitchen. The project was substantially complete in April 2019. We have been aware for some time that there is a final punch list on your job, as well as a final $20,000 balance. You have stated several times that you will not pay your final balance, even once all work is complete.
>
> The fact that your project is not complete is due solely your unwillingness to come to an agreement on how to proceed, despite us having offered you several options, including:
>
> \- We complete your punch list as well as your final inspections, at a $5,000 discount. You have refused this.
>
> -Both parties part ways completely and we forgive the entirety of your final $20,000 balance. You have refused this.
>
> -We repair your island and pass final inspections, forgiving the entirety of your final $20,000 balance. You have refused this.
>
> At this point, it seems that you want us to provide you with a complete job and you want to short the payment by $20,000.
>
> The reality is that since early June 2019, we have expressed in every way possible to you that we are willing and able to complete the work but only with a promise from you that you will pay what you owe or some negotiated amount. Each time you were asked for this agreement you skirted the issue, avoided an affirmative response, or flat-out stated that you will not pay. This has created an impasse that we are unsure how to resolve.
>
> To address the issues you mention in your post:
>
> -The two items required for final inspection are caulk around a door and some fallen insulation in the crawlspace. These are two very minor items that we have offered to correct multiple times, even though the fallen insulation was possibly pre-existing, and the door installation was contracted by you through an outside installer.
>
> -You reported the leak in your island to our office and, within 30 minutes, we arrived at your home to address it. The leak was due to a defective pot filler and the damage to your island is minimal. We have video and many photos of our visit to your house that evening, documenting the conditions at that time. Despite the small amount of damage done to the cabinetry, we have told you that we will replace your island and asked that we meet in our showroom to discuss and for you to approve. You have refused this.
>
> We have communicated with you extensively throughout the entirety of your job. In addition to our in-person meetings at our office, regular walk-throughs with crew, and our many phone conversations, our records show that we have exchanged 220+ messages through our online system with you, as well as posted 55 daily logs containing over 400 photos that have been shared with you, our internal team, as well as our subcontractors.
>
> Nothing about our communication through the online system has changed. Your number was only blocked after you called the business owner's cell phone and threatened to come to their personal residence to "take them down".
>
> You have escalated this to a level that it never had to reach.
>
> MUSE is an organization lead by and consisting of talented, reasonable, fair-minded people who are truly great at what we do. We have a solid reputation of performing complicated remodeling projects with amazing results. Our company has been built one project at a time. One customer at a time. We have hundreds of amazing customers who are living in spaces that they never could have imagined. Much of our business comes through referrals by past clients and even other contractors. We are proud of our craft and the processes that we continually hone. We are strong and our roots are deep. This wind will not blow us over.
>
> With that said, we will continue to look for a reasonable way to resolve this issue.
>
> Respectfully,
> Jerehmy Warner
> Owner- MUSE

> We absolutely love our new kitchen. Wendy has such an eye and a great flair for design. Everything went off without a hitch. Now on to the baths!

**★★★★★ — wolfpacker, Nov. 2019**

> Muse did the design and construction in the time frame that was quoted. Muse’s employees were top notch especially Randy. They always did what they promised. End project met and exceeded our expectations. Muse is probably not the least expensive remodeler however they produced a great product on time and on budget without nickel and dime change orders. I highly recommend them.

**★★★★★ — Stephanie McDevitt, Aug. 2019**

> The MUSE team are wonderful to work with!!! From design to installation....they have it all!!! They transformed our horrible kitchen into a kitchen we are proud of!!

**★★★★★ — HU-242627447, July 2019**

> Muse was respectful of everything they did, they listened to me and they did an amazing remodel of adding livable space to my garage

**★★★★★ — Dale and Jan Stephens, May 2019**

> After much consideration, my husband and I decided to go with Muse for our kitchen renovation.
> 1\. Muse has a wonderful support staff to answer any questions we had during our renovation.2
> 2\. Muse design team(s) came up with the PERFECT solution to our outdated kitchen.
> 3\. Muse offers a WIDE selection of finishes and options which will work with ANY budget.
> and last but certainly not least:
> 4\. The staff. I can NOT say enough about this group. Jerehmy and Wendy are creative, supportive, and take the time to get to know their clients. Not just the tastes of the clients, but the client's needs, tastes, and personal concerns are all taken into account and addressed each step of the way. Jerehmy and Wendy work to keep things running smoothly, and keep all the contractors/sub contractors from overlapping.
> Julie presented us with outstanding design ideas, she was flexible and my husband fell in love with the coffee bar.
> Alyssa answers the phone on the first ring every time, and is always positive and happy. She took our questions (and as homeowners new to the reno process believe me, there were many questions ), and gets answers or finds someone who knows the answer. She was there no matter how large or small the issue.
> The workmen - cant say enough about them. Vince and Aaron were like part of the family by the time they finished here. Their work is impeccable! The electricians were awesome, and the lighting in the kitchen is perfect. The counter installation was a work of art.
> Each person who came into our home was professional, and cleaned the job site every day!! The kitchen renovation site was cleaner than the rest of our home!
> Muse works with a calendar, which is provided for the clients on a website (the website is a beautiful thing and keeps all information central so that it's all organized, visible and available - love it) - and even with some inclimate weather the Muse team stayed within their time frame.
> My husband and I requested a few changes in the design as the work progressed - No problem for the Muse team!! They took care of everything from beginning to end.
> For pet owners: our dogs are barkers - but they actually wound up watching and waiting for Vince and Aaron to arrive each morning. The workmen each took time to get to know our pets and helped get them acclimated to the process as well.
> We have asked Muse to come back for another phase in our renovation - and we will continue to rely on Muse for all of our needs.

**★★★★★ — Cheryl Midkiff, Oct. 2018**

> I would highly recommend Muse Residential. Wendy and Jerehmy Warner are professional and friendly and communicate well all along the way. I remodeled two bathrooms and they turned out just as I had hoped they would. Also all the employees cared about the quality of their work and were a pleasure to have in my home. I would use them again in the future.

**★★★★★ — Karen Pensgen, Sept. 2018**

> Couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals. Wendy has an eye for design; Jerehmy and his fellow contractors were top notch. Made some changes during the process which were handled with ease. MUSE handled all the paperwork related to permits, scheduled the electricians, plumbers and tile installers. We had them completely remodel the master bath; such a great job we hired them to do the kitchen. Timelines were met; very pleased with the outcome.

**Comment from Muse Residential:**

> Thank you for your kind words Karen! It truly was a pleasure working with you and Gary!
