During the conference each issue identified by the homeowner was reviewed and the probable causes were discussed. Nearly all issues were the result of water damage, high humidity within the home, abrasive wear or impact damage; however, one possible manufacturing related issue was identified and included in the discussion. > > Subsequently, a mutually acceptable plan was outlined with labor participation provided by the homeowner and factory refinishing of damaged doors and drawer fronts provided by Mouser Cabinetry. Additionally, it was mutually agreed that the homeowner would be responsible for the field repair work required on the water damaged cabinet. During the cabinet inspection it was determined the three doors showing wear could be easily repaired at the factory. Time lines were discussed with the homeowner and plans were made to collect the three doors scheduled to be returned to Mouser Cabinetry for minor refinishing work. The factory return and repair plan is currently in progress. > > Additionally, a preferred cabinet cleaner was recommended to eliminate the fingerprints, grime and related residue found on some of the cabinet fronts.
