We have been happy with everyone: the salesman, Jim, the gentleman who came out to measure before the orders were placed, the folks in the office, and the installers, David and Matthew. The house really made it difficult for them on the install, because it's old and almost nothing about it is standard, but they got them both in beautifully and even were able to raise the small door high enough to clear the new carpet that had just been installed.
