**Q: Need help for studio apt** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I am moving in to a studio apt. for about 6 mos and it's 450 sq ft...Ouch!!  I need to buy functional pieces.  I feel I will go crazy if I don't try to make it Fabulous...Please help...I've attached the pics of model & floor plan...I think the walls are beige

**Q: New Lake house major updating needed starting with the Kitchen** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We want a warm relaxed rustic country lake house feel.  We do not like the color of the cabinets and are trying to decide between antiquing them a creamy white.  My Hubby would like to do them a dark color a dark grey or Black brown. We are thinking of adding bead board to the recess on the cabinets.  Color ideas would be appreciated. The flooring will be a hand scraped walnut floor.  The lake house is small so I was thinking lighter neutral colors for the walls.  Thanks in advance for your help :).

**Q: HELP IN PURCHASE OF FURNTURE AND PLACEMENT FOR 21' x 11.6' LIVING ROOM** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We just finished remodeling our kitchen (Galley Kitchen) photos attached which measures appx 20' Lx 11.6'W including dining area (9'x11.6') open to living room which is 21'L x 11.6'W. I would like a sectional. There is a patio door at one end in the kitchen and a large window at the other end in living room with an opening from the hallway into the living room from the hallway of about 7 feet. This leaves us with one long wall of 21' living room + 9' for dining and two small walls from the hallway into living room with appx 7' on each side. We would like a tv in the corner small wall in the living room.  Which side should we place the long chair from the sectional in the living room? in front of the window allowing easy view of the tv or between dining and living? What size sectional. I was thinking putting long chair of sectional near window and placing a chair between  dining and living room adding additional seating and squaring off the room since room is narrow?  also confused about selecting a sectional.  I like industrial style, cosy, modern but warm. Not sure of the color or material since we have a small bichon frise dog.

I laid out one possible solution for your space (there are many others) to give you both conversational seating and T.V. viewing with access to your bay window view. There are almost 500 fabrics to choose from. (90 percent are washable).
