> DM Building added a bathroom to the third bedroom of our approx. 1600 square foot house. Danny Montijo and his crew have been a pleasure to work with. Calm, professional, helpful, and humorous, Danny has been a patient guide, clear communicator, and excellent troubleshooter at all steps of the process. His prices are fair and there were no surprises in the budget or billing. Add-ons were discussed and clearly labeled in the billing so we knew what to expect. Glitches (with existing plumbing and some subcontractor problems) got speedily resolved. And the quality of the work has been outstanding.. Danny can be a perfectionist and redid at least one job where I didn't even see a problem. In addition, most of his crew are also equally professional and friendly (without being intrusive).  They really seemed to enjoy their work, their employer and their colleagues; and the work-site was meticulously cleaned up every day. Danny was very good at coordinating multiple crews and even working with outside service providers we had hired to do other unrelated projects (flooded water heater, electrical upgrade for AC). The project started on time and would have ended 5 weeks early (even after having to unexpectedly dig up our driveway) except the holiday season and my indecision about cabinets got in the way. All in all as pleasant an experience as it gets.
