She coordinated and help design our whole house remodel. She communicates exceptionally well and is incredibly well organized. She took the time to really understand what we wanted to achieve and the overall look that we were going for. Super easy to work with and very creative! **★★★★★ — Susan O'Donnell, March 2018** > Frances and I have worked together for years on many projects, including model homes, multifamily properties, and remodels. Calais Design handles small projects, space planning, furniture and finishes selection, and large commercial property upgrades with ease. I highly recommended Frances, as she is an asset to any design project. **★★★★★ — Penny Pamplin, March 2018** > I used Calais Design and was very pleased with the professionalism and dedication to customer service. Frances was very helpful in getting me started with the process remodeling which I am not comfortable doing. She provided lots of options on the materials to choose from and really transformed my kitchen into the kitchen I have always envisioned. Frances focus was to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Calais Design with any remodeling projects. **★★★★★ — Stephanie H, March 2018** > Frances was wonderful. We had a new house that needed window treatments. She had tons of samples. We found exactly what we wanted and they were installed very quickly. Everything looks beautiful. Will definitely use her again and again for everything. **★★★★★ — idoj8, May 2015** > I live in my dream home because of Frances Withaeger and her team! I have worked with Calais Design since I moved into my current home. They have taken some of my ideas and turned my home into my favorite place in the world! We have worked room by room instead of all at once. She brought the most beautiful fabrics and furniture pieces to show me. I love the way they mix textures, patterns, and colors. I used Calais Design for flooring, window coverings and drapes, furniture, accessorizing and have been 100% pleased with everything. As a mom, I loved how Frances and her team handled everything for me. The partners they use are always professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for all jobs, big or small. > J. Jones **★★★★★ — my\_builder\_dfw, May 2015** > Frances and her team at Calais Design were the most creative and professional at designing our model home. As a sales assistant for a prominent builder, I was so impressed by the planning, and execution, and care that all went into the process. Everything was detailed on the drafted floor plan specifying location and themes of every room. The moving crew and design team was in such good spirits, you could tell they love what they do. Thank you Frances and Team! **★★★★★ — msteer, Feb. 2015** > We highly recommend Frances for any home remodeling project. We had our master bath remodeled and she made the process simple and painless. She helped us with the tile selection, design and colors. We didn't have to worry about who to call or what to schedule next. She handled every detail and the end result was gorgeous. **★★★★★ — kpark1991, Nov. 2014** > I had no idea what to do or how to get started, I only knew what I liked in magazines "for my dream kitchen". Frances took my inspiration pictures from magazines, came to my house and measured and designed the most beautiful kitchen and dining area. She was the only person I had to talk to during process. She contracted, scheduled, managed the whole process. I never could have done that. > I will use her again and again and I recommended her to everyone. **★★★★★ — willyjpeterson, Nov. 2014** > Calais did a office remodel for me including some demolition, paint, vct floors, cabinets and ceiling tile work. She was very professional with me and all of her sub contractors. I would highly recommend using her and would absolutely use her for any other projects that I have in the future. **★★★★ — lewlewlew, Nov. 2014** > I ordered window treatments for my new home and the professionalism that Calais Design showed was very comforting. When installing the company was extremely thoughtful, as they wore slippers to cover their shoes and even put pads down, when installing, so that a mess would not be made. I will be using them again!
