Overall I save just over 100K doing the build myself, I was able to use all of UbuildIt contractors and that is what saved me the most money.  Floyd is courteous, professional, and always available when I picked up the phone. If I were to build another house I would most certainly use UbuildIt again.   The fee he charges was absorbed into the cost of the house and I saved so much money using his vendors I was able to get the service for basically free.   Since we built the house, we have been in it for just over a year, with no issues.  I think this house will last a 100 years.

**Q: Cost of dog bath** *(in Photo Questions)*

What did this dog bath cost?

A: It was built as part of the custom home.  I would say the plumbing stub out and tile probably was around $700-850

**Q: Ovens** *(in Photo Questions)*

Who is the manufacturer of the ovens? Could I please get an answer soon?

A: Yes....very expensive ones at that
