My brownstone facade restoration dragged on for over a year since October 2015 because of intermittent and sometimes shoddy work, with a terrible mess in my front yard all that time. I finally fired him. One reason for his dysfunction: he delays paying or just stiffs his workers, so he can't get qualified people to work for him. He displays a license number on his material that belongs to Innovation Construction, who he claims is his brother's company.
