**★★★★★ — Christy Vonderlack, Jan. 2019**

> GREAT BUILDING EXPERIENCE! We were referred by one of their previous clients. Brad helped us narrow down our site selection based on sun exposure views, and topography. Brad was also able refer us to a great home designer to draw up plans for our new home and he also referred us to an interior designer to help with interior selections. Building a house long distance can be challenging but Brad made the process very easy. Weekly conference calls, photos to keep us updated and being able to personally meet everyone who worked on our house was priceless.
>
> Brad has such a great reputation as a builder and we heard this over and over from his employees, sub contractors, vendors and even the county building department.
>
> In the end, our house was delivered on time and the attention to detail was evident. Brad had great ideas to enhance our home design and even mocked up other elements so we could visualize the scale and differences between materials prior to committing to an idea.
>
> We never imagined that building a house long distance would go so smoothly, and all the credit must go to Brad and his great team.

**★★★★★ — Ms. Brandon Ford, Aug. 2018**

> Brad served as the general contractor for the renovation of the kitchen in our downtown Asheville loft. He suggested local vendors to complete each job in the kitchen and they were all excellent. The work was completed on time and on budget. Brad is fabulous at communication and follow up. This was very important to my husband and me since we do not live permanently in Asheville. Even our HOA representative was thrilled when he learned we were working with Bellwether Design-Build. We would love to work with Brad again and would highly recommend his company.

**★★★★★ — Divine Living, April 2017**

> It was such a pleasure working with Brad and the Bellwether team! They were such a wonderful group of professionals who delivered a beautiful space to me within the cost and the time frame they estimated. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

> Bellwether Design Build was the perfect builder for our contemporary Downtown Asheville Chicken Hill home! Brad and his crew, Lars and John, paid such exceptional attention to detail that it truly brought out the architectural craftsmanship of our home. Our build was efficient and on time and Brad was available at any time to answer questions, and always with enthusiasm and a smile! Thank you Bellwether for helping us to craft our beautiful home!!!

**★★★★★ — Jody Whitehurst, June 2016**

> I've served as the Realtor on Brad's construction. It was a pleasure to represent his high standard and tasteful craftsmanship. Brad has a strong sense and confidence with design, yet he has enough humility to consult with architectural, engineering or interior design experts when he is looking to take it to the next level. I'm very impressed with Bellwether's find he's product.

**Comment from Bellwether Design-Build:**

> Jody, thank you so very much for the 5 star review and the appreciation of our level of standards! We try our very best to uphold this for each construction project! We also do surround ourselves with other experts that can help us best serve our clients, such as working with a real estate professional like yourself and the designers, engineers, and architects we work with on a regular basis. Thank you again!

> Bellwether's craftsmanship and attention to detail is unparalleled. We picked them because they possess a modern sensibility and an artisan touch. Brad and his team did a phenomenal job: brainstorming creative solutions for our master bathroom renovation, communicating effectively throughout every stage of the work in a thorough and friendly manner, acting with integrity and utmost professionalism, and executing the design plan flawlessly. It was so reassuring to know we were in very capable hands every step of the way. We highly recommend Bellwether, and we are hoping to work with them again on future projects.

> Bellwether Design-Build produces some of the most beautiful and best constructed homes in the greater Asheville area. I have worked with Brad, the owner of Bellwether, for the past 6 years on numerous projects as his electrician. When I needed a roof on my rental property, I called him and he and his crew took care of it quickly and professionally. Bellwether has created many one of a kind higher end homes on Town Mountain that embrace the landscape with modern design sensibilities. The interiors are uncluttered and the homes are full of light. Our projects have been on track, kept to schedule and to job cost. Aesthetics are of the utmost importance with Bellwether and the homes that Brad has built are both real works of art and solidly constructed.

> Brad’s crew of highly experienced, conscientious carpenters did a wonderful job remodeling our house. It was a major project with some unusual configurations and challenges. Brad and his crew dealt with them skillfully and effectively, knowing when to bring in outside engineering support. Brad coordinated all the subs to achieve a successful outcome. We are delighted with our house. It is truly a showpiece.
