> A fantastic job done by Valley of Wisconsin in replacing our traditional wood deck that was deteriorating with a new composite material deck.  Could not have asked for a more professional, yet casual, relationship with the Company or with Rick, who built the deck board-by-board.  Excellent workmanship!!  This is the 2nd project we've had done by Valley and they would certainly be first on our list if another project came along!

> We had Valley of Wisconsin design and build/install a ~ 400 square foot deck for us, off our new sun room.  John Poulakus, Lead Designer, and his build crew did an awesome job on our deck!  The result exceeded our expectations!  John’s design and materials recommendations were spot on for our available space.  On John’s advice we chose full dimensional Azek deck planking over other extruded materials. We also went with a relatively new “silver maple” color that looks very natural and is pleasant to the eye.  Deck plank design and orientation was laid out to allow for one piece continuous runs, avoiding straight line splices. Workmanship included burnishing/lightly beveling all end cross cuts 45° with a small router, and all deck fasteners are the hidden type.  The entire deck is “banded” with a single perimeter plank band to hide all perpendicular deck plank end/ butt cut terminations for a very clean, professional look.

> We went with TimberTech railings as they complemented the decks scale very nicely.  John’s design incorporated subtle decorative railing baluster center piece accents in each railing section that makes them interesting, verse just a plain railing look.  Low voltage accent lights were included in the railing post caps and stairs riser faces making a very impression visual look in the evening hours!

> The deck and workmanship looks great and we constantly get many compliments from friends, neighbors, etc. John’s Valley crew was here on site early and late and got the job done on time and on budget.  Again, very happy with their workmanship, etc. and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar project.
