Costly, but the ground floor apartment was to be completely gutted down to the original foundation. Everything in that apartment was to be replaced. > > The original apartment of 850 sq. ft. was last renovated in the 1950s and consisted of 1 closed room, a double room, kitchen, pantry and a 5 ft. x 7 ft. bathroom. > > The newly renovated apartment now consists of 1 large bedroom 13 ft. x 13 ft., the kitchen, dining and living room as an open area concept.
