> Dave Riel had worked with our son-in-law on a project in Seattle.  We met with him and discussed our dream of building a home near Lake Chelan, WA.  Dave was starting his own business over there, so our two goals coincided........and LUCKY for us!  Dave is a very talented tradesman and  knows how his subcontractors should perform.  He has a good eye for detail and design/construction options.  His costs for change orders were always on target -there were NO SURPRISES.  Oversighting construction long distance is nerve wracking enough, but with Dave, there was never a question of integrity. Most of all, he is extremely honest - we could have just handed him our checkbook.   He is generous with his knowledge and offered many suggestions as we finished off certain parts of the build.  Dave Riel is a Grrrrrreat Professional !  And he has a wacky sense of humor : )
