TV in office was too small and led to a new 55' for the family room. After market and price review for options, stands and ready to pull the trigger I thiught better . I called Robert and asked him if he could take a look at our situation. We had a concern for my bedroom television. Due to the room design it was not a great fit (yet). Bob came by the same day. We went bedroom first and he made it simple and cost effective to get an arm and mount the tv so it will not only store out of the way, it now has better placement then ever to watch with comfort and ease. Next he suggests a LG 55 and I am glad I asked. I asked him to do it and done it was at noon the next day. Bob and his men were on time and never rushed. They took time to tweak the componenents so that they worked with remotes, were hidden and also spent time setting up all the controls on the sets and the cable box. Same thing in the family room. 55" beautifully wall mounted, wires neatly concealed and Sonos bar optimized, and remote and internet component (smart TV) fully explained and demonstrated. So they not only did a great job, they also helped to optomized each set they touched and they came in under budget. A: The come from Acoustic Smart out on Long Island. They were custom made at our request but if I'm not mistaken they added the design to their catalog.
