> Jay Chapman is, hands down, one of the best custom home builders in the whole Bay Area.  His work is impeccable, his attitude is friendly and helpful, his prices are amazing for the quality of work and level of service you receive.  I've worked with Jay Chapman on over a dozen different custom homes over the past 10 years or so, and each time, I am blown away by the results.
>    On a recent pre-fabricated modular project that Jay was involved in, he and his team really hustled to get their clients moved into the home before the Covid-19 Shelter-in-place order was mandated.  That was so awesome of him, as the clients were able to move out of their small apartment and into their newly built home.  If they had to shelter-in-place, at least they're doing so in their new home, not their old apartment.
