My kitchen project was delayed 4 months because of a missing cabinet piece. It was obvious as soon as you walked into the kitchen for months and months. > > David was not helpful and didn't even respond to my many emails until I went down there myself. I had to complain and follow up with tons and tons of emails. Finally, at a great cost, having to have the contractor come back again to install it, I finally have the kitchen complete. > > What's worse is that the design that was created by Nancy, one of the company's employees was uneven. I trusted her as she was the professional and did not even notice it until it was installed and realized the space between the cabinets and the window was totally off! It drove me crazy. My contractor had to remove the cabinets and do some magic to make it look a little better. Of course, it will never be perfect because it was not designed correctly. This was also at a great cost because of course, the contractor needed more money to do all that extra work. I followed up with David many times trying to get the additional cost covered and have him remedy the issues but he was not responsive. Now, I'm seeing this happened to other customers. The customer is at their mercy upon cabinet delivery, even though you gave no idea what will occur during the installation process. > > Here is a list of some of the MANY issues that have never been addressed: > -one whole large cabinet is warped on its left side and now bows so much that my shelves inside it are falling on top of each other. This is a massive installation and construction issue. A cabinet should not bow unless the wood is insruoerior or they made a huge error attaching this to the upper cabinets and the wall. > -All the cabinets that sit against the floor have no finish moldings, as a result you can see the leveling shims and debris is able to fall beneath them with no way to properly clean this out. This can result in water damage to the wood in areas that are now exposed, pests because of inability to access debris, and an overall unfinished product. Frankly, it looks sloppy and unprofessional. > -The cabinets mounted above my refrigerator and freezer still have no knobs installed on them. They are inaccessible and unfinished. We can’t use them because we cannot effectively open them. How can you leave a customer with no way to open and close a part of their storage? The cabinets do not have the sane look at the other because if this and are a constant insult because of the ineptitude of this company as well as an eye sore. > > This kitchen company has happily taken all of the money for a finished kitchen, but left us with multiple big problems. They are not returning any of our phone calls. Gives you work space on the island or to the right of the cook top. Is there an option to put the fridge/freezer on the bottom right corner?
