> When it came time to choosing a builder, our decision was easy.  From site plans to final fixtures, the process of home building was easy and seamless. There was a constant line of communication between Scott, my husband and myself. I am not sure Scott has ever had a client like myself. Someone who called him 4-5 times a day, yet he answered every call and every question. We also had the unfortunate luck of building during the worst winter Toledo has ever seen. We broke ground on October 10th, 2013 and after four level 3 snow emergencies and 85 inches of snow, we still moved in 5 months later on March 14th, 2014. If and when we ever chose to build again, Scott will be our first call. Thank you for our dream home!

With the addition of a covered porch and outdoor kitchen, we are able to enjoy our beautiful poolside oasis. Working with Scott Keller and his team was a pleasant experience and his impeccable customer service exceeded our expectations. Scott was able to visualize our needs for the backyard space and his extra attention to detail helped bring our dreams to reality.  After meeting with numerous contractors, we realized that, not only Scott’s building experience, but his creative designing was what we were looking for in our contractor.
