Salesman Rob tells you he can do it all. After the contract signing and payment, Contractor Rob tells you what they won't do. And, he never showed up after the project was underway. We ended up finishing our project ourselves, and he was okay with that. Wow! They used only stone as a base and no compactor was used. Rob was very responsive to the before job items like material selection, quote, contract, township permit, and periodic questions. Despite all the material shortages in the marketplace, Rob was able to keep the start date pretty close to the original forecast start date. Due to the retaining wall being built along the property line, I had a property line survey done a month before the job started.
