The historic adobe building on East Palace Avenue was severley damaged by a fire, and by firefighters' high-pressure water hoses, in early February 2013. And after setting open to the weather for more than two years, it is rather amazing that the hulk was still salvageable, but Wolf is enthusiastically anticipating the end result.
