> Mike did work for us back in the summer of 2021. It was driveway, patio, front and back steps and walkways. At first, it looked good, although, a few stones were chipped and he did replace them promptly. 3 years later, one of the stairs became loose and he charged for fixing it. Four years later, I have part of the front steps sagging, some stones near the side of the front sagging as well. I wish I had gone with a different company because now I have to hire someone else to repair.

> We hired this company to install pavers in the backyard and front yard and redo the stairs both front and back.  The work was completed on time, however, there were a few issues. A few pavers were chipped and scratched, and we discovered it only after the installation. They came back to fix this issue. Two years later, one of the stair slabs became loose and when I asked them to fix it, they said that the installation was a long time ago and I have to pay for it. It hasn't even been two years and they are already not offering to fix it as a courtesy.  Unfortunately, I have naively assumed that they stand by their workmanship as they are a local family and I have not asked them for any sort of a contract to see what they cover in terms of post-installation work. I am sure there are plenty of other masons there who stand by the product and the work.

When Mike came to pick up the final payment I asked him directly what would happen if I have any issues in the future with our new patio.  He promised that he would return and fix any issues for the lifetime of the patio.   Soon after that the issues began.  Our new patio has broken stones, uneven pavers and some areas settled or were never properly leveled.  We started to notice a couple of permanent puddles right outside our door, so every time it rains we have a puddle and also during the entire summer from our air conditioner which stained the new pavers. (pictured)  I have been trying to get them to come back to fix these issues for over six months with no luck.  At first Mike would answer my calls, and even came to my house once to see the problems and agreed that he would fix them later that week.  That was months ago and not only haven’t they come to fix the issues, but won’t even return my calls.  I would highly recommend you use someone who will keep their word and professionally finish the job.  I still hope that they come back as they have promised me time and time again but realistically don’t think that will ever happen.  I will update the review if they do.
